Every one is a leader to some degree, so once a student becomes involved they are instantly considered: "Leaders of destiny" "Promoting unity, equality, and student involvement"
Our vision is to see every student who begins there journey at TLBC finish his or her course. (Phil 1:6) Not only graduate with a degree but with newfound relationships and family. ASB, the next generation, who loves to embrace one another and the student body in the good times and in the most challenging! We are building "Friendships for Life." Students are helping students rather then compete with one another (Rom 8:28). 2 Cor. 3:6 says; "He has made us competent as ministers of a new covenant - not of the letter but of the Spirit; for the letter kills, but the Spirit gives life." Our vision is to stand on the "Spirit of the law" in scripture concerning:
Unity - Our passion is to create a "Spirit of unity" throughout TLBC Eph. 4:13 says: "Until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ."
Equality - We promote multicultural friendships. No clicks or racial barriers. 2 Cor. 8:14 says: "At the present your plenty will supply what they need, so that in turn their plenty will supply what you need. Then there will be equality."
Student Involvement - All participate in HELPS ministry on campus and abroad Eph. 4:16 says: "From him the whole body, joined and held together by every supporting ligament, grows and builds itself up in love, as each part does its work."
