
The TLBC LRC/Library has ten computers available for student use. Students are able to type papers, reports and other homework assignments, or e-mail professors from these computers. Students are also able to search the Internet for research information.
Wireless is accessible in the Library, Rm. 220 and other areas near the Library.
Headphones for use at the computers in the LRC/Library are located at the Circulation Desk.
Athena, our electronic catalog database, is available on every LRC/Library computer. The Dewey Decimal Classification System is used for searching items on Athena or locating books and other materials in the LRC/Library.
All TLBC students, staff, and faculty members may sign up in the TLBC LRC/Library for access to NetLibrary, Ebooks and Proquest Periodical and Research database. These programs may be used the the LRC/Library or at a remote (off-campus) location.
Floppy disks may be purchased at the Circulation Desk for a small fee.
